The day consisted of the following:
First demonstration with Anton Edelmann on
entertaining menus using their tableware to present the food on
Developing BBQ ideas using Indian Spices with
Cyrus Todiwala again presented on their table ware

They then split into three teams and each team
produced a 3 course meal under supervision. They were tasked with
getting the best out of their dishes by displaying on their tableware

A fun ready steady cook session and finally the
evening was topped off with a gourmet meal.
