To review the current status of a craft membership organisation and develop a strategy to take them into the next stage of their evolution

 

Objectives

 

     To grow their membership from within the profession

      To provide a training vehicle for members and new entrants to the industry

        To create real value for corporate sponsors

       To establish them as the pre-eminent body within their field

 

This required research and establishing the views of the committee, paid employees, selected members and corporate sponsors. To evaluate the financial position and produce a costed strategy document for consideration.
