Peter Hazzard formed Chaddlewood
Consulting in 2004. The company specialises in providing solutions to the
food service industry with particular reference to culinary skills, training
and marketing.
He also is a partner at 'Adventure
Gourmet' which has a cookery school and organises gastronomic tours and
culinary events.
Peter
spent 30 years with Sodexho
(formerly Gardner Merchant). As Managing
Director he was responsible for over 1000 contracts, employing 1800 staff
with a turnover of £420 million. As Executive Director Food Services he was
responsible for purchasing, food concept development and craft training.
He now runs a successful
consultancy business with clients such as Coca Cola Enterprises, Electrolux,
Steelite International
, The Craft Guild of Chefs,
Lambeth Borough Council and
Elior UK Ltd.
He is a founder member of the
Foodservice Partnership
and Chairman of the London
Regional Board of
Hospitality Action. |
